Crown Heights carries its history on every block, and 820 Bergen Street doesn't try to out-talk it. Twenty-two homes sit behind a lobby designed as a genuine transition, the point where the street's pace gets set down at the door. The amenity floor runs from co-working to spa to game room and out to the rear yard, scaled for a building where residents recognize each other. Nothing here is ornate. The quality lives in proportion, light, and the surfaces you actually touch.
