Newark is rebuilding its case as a place to live, and 430 Market Street takes that seriously. For 225 homes, the shared spaces were designed around real daily use: a lobby anchored by a living green wall, co-working zoned for actual focus, and a sky lounge with library and screening room where the day winds down. Planting and natural light run through the whole sequence, so the building breathes rather than performs. Generous without spectacle, which is what a returning city deserves.
