Red Hook keeps its own time, low-slung and close to the water, and 404 Van Brunt Street was designed to belong to that pace. Three homes share one material language, warm textured wood, veined stone, muted metal, carried without interruption from the lobby into every room. Nothing announces itself. The luxury is in the consistency: surfaces chosen for how they feel under hand, light handled with care, and a scale that reads as a house shared among three neighbors rather than a development.
