Nine residences, ten stories, one home per floor, reached by a private elevator that makes the building feel less like an apartment complex and more like a private house divided among neighbors who happen to know each other. INPUT designed both the facade and the interiors, so that character carries straight through from the street. Inside, the palette stays soft and quiet on purpose. The Flatiron can keep its energy outside; this is where residents come to leave it there.
